ICIASTECH 2026

We are pleased to inform you that the Universitas Widya Gama Malang (UWG) will organize the 2026 2nd International Conference on Innovations and Application of Science and Technology (ICIASTECH). The seminar will be held on 15 June 2026, and conducted in a hybrid format — allowing participants to join both onsite in Malang, Indonesia, and online through our virtual conference platform. This hybrid setup aims to provide greater accessibility and engagement opportunities for researchers, academics, and professionals from around the world.

Our Mission

This seminar will be connected to the most influential ideas and systems in the field of information technology and intelligent systems. Join us at 2nd ICIASTECH 2026 and contribute to the research-led exploration and discussion of the current, development, and emerging state of the information technology and intelligent systems.

Purpose & Goals

The purpose of this seminar is to provide a platform for academics, practitioners, researchers, and governments to identify and explore the issues, opportunities, and solutions that promote information technology and intelligent system convergences, developments and find new business, technology, and societal value from the information technology and intelligent systems.

15 minutes Total Time
10 min Presentation
5 min Q&A Session

⚠️ Important: At least one author must join the session to answer questions.

📅 Deadline: All presentation materials must be submitted by 10 February 2026

Recording Instructions

The recording should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the presenter. The recording may also contain a small headshot of the presenter.

Technical Requirements:

⏱️ Be 10-minute in length
📺 Set for HD format (1280 x 720 or other "720p" setting)
🔤 Use simple fonts (Arial, Calibri) and large size (30+)
🖼️ Avoid using hi-res images
🚫 Have NO embedded videos
💾 Saved as MPEG-4 (.mp4) file using session ID and last name

Other Recording Options

🖥️ Screen Recording

Record your screen (and microphone) while giving the presentation. There are effective and free options available for Linux, macOS, and Windows.

🎬 Manual Video Editing

As a last resort, and only if you are comfortable with video editing:

  • Export your slides as images
  • Record an audio track separately
  • Combine using software like kdenlive, iMovie, or others
📤 Submission Process

Please review your recorded presentation prior to submission. Once you are happy with the final product, upload it to Google Drive.
